Maybe also useful feature could be to clone templates and adjust them

Example:

you have template web1080p with good presets
you want to create two different profiles with slightly different settings
idea: clone web1080p -> new1, clone web1080p -> new2
modify new1 and new2 as you want it.

Problem with this approaches is to keep the chain/pipeline of how modifications and changes are applied
