[Manage Services] Add "start all", "stop all" and "restart all" services options

Description

It would be very useful if there are options to batch-manage the services with "start all", "stop all" and "restart all" commands. This way the extension will become a full replacement of Brew services menubar , which doesn't seem to be well supported any more and somewhat unstable.

Who will benefit from this feature?

Everyone running Homebrew services :-).
