Scala 3 javadoc is not being published

Airstream documentation links to https://javadoc.io/doc/com.raquo/airstream_sjs1_3/latest/com/raquo/airstream/index.html – which hasn't updated since 17.0.0-RC1. This is because we're now using Scala 3.3.3, where this bug prevents generation of javadoc. 3.3.4 has the same issue. The bug was already fixed in 3.6.x, but as a library, Airstream should stay on the LTS. Hopefully the eventual 3.3.5 release will see this bugfix backported.

For now I've changed the javadoc link to point to the 2.13 version – it's basically the same, except it does not have the new macro-based functionality. Not sure if the javadoc for it would be any good anyway.
