As you can craft a stack of any resource ore from less than 9 UU-Matter and the most resource ores not having any crafting recipe (besides those from UU-matter) makes it an op infinite resource cycle.

The deconstruction staff is generally quite broken and can be exploited even without any other mod interactions. Unfortunately I haven't had any time to work on this mod for a while, but if I ever get back to it, balancing the staff will be a top priority.

We tried such a thing in the past in PowerCraft aswell (had been called the "transmution chamber"). Our final result was that there is sadly no single metric that prevents exploiting. A metric which came close in idea but very bad in implementation, was to exclude any items which are available infinitely in the world. I.e. everything which either grows over time or results from such a thing. At this point it gets quite useless though, as you cannot use most of the items when playing with tech mods which aim at providing ways to allow more items to be crafted from infinite resources.
