It appears that wands (both the gold and pure ones) do not work against pillagers. I've used them successfully against animals and undead, but they don't seem to trigger at when I target a pillager.

Scepters only work on mobs with less than 20 health (by design), and currently don't work with anything that has a right-click functionality (eg villagers). The second part could be changed 🤔
