Add support for NGINX powered hosts as an alternative to GitHub pages #9

This would involve the creation of a NGINX configuration file and a separate output folder (with files hard linked to their counterparts in the first, so that:-

  • Server redirects (internal or external) could be undertaken
  • Gzip compressed versions of files could be served using Content-Encoding headers
  • Would be rsync friendly
  • If being really cute, the creation of PJAX-aware index.html variants
