For example:

This URL will scroll the page down to the linked video:
https://randovania.org/games/prime1/videos/#behind-gate-rarr-door-to-dynamo-access

While this one does not, presumably because it is on a different tab:
https://randovania.org/games/prime1/videos/#door-to-arbor-chamber-rarr-pickup-missile-expansion
