Update and fix the existing questions.yaml so users are able to use the Rancher Manager UI to provision clusters with rancher-cluster-templates. Currently users are unable to use it due to the modifications.

If anyone would like to assist with updating the questions.yaml for rancher-cluster-templates, please feel free to reach out through this issue! There is a significant lift to getting it fully implemented with all the cloud providers.
