Buggy output on a particular domain

Can't seem to figure out why paladinus is returning no solution exists for the attached instance. PRP, PR2, MyND all return a valid solution (it has a strong cyclic answer).

Any ideas? Thanks!

As we spoke on Slack, unfortunately, Paladinus does not handle conditional effects.
I will work on making it handle both conditional effects and axioms.
