Find some issues with rule make_plot, when solving conda environnement:

Creating conda environment utils/envs/rscript.yaml...
Downloading and installing remote packages.
CreateCondaEnvironmentException:
Could not create conda environment from /data3/projects/GorillaSIVmeta/metakraken/utils/envs/rscript.yaml:

Solving environment: ...working... failed

ResolvePackageNotFound:
