Poke Bowl

A delicious and healthy Poke Bowl with smoked salmon and avocado. Recipe Source

Ingredients

  • 100g smoked salmon
  • 50g 0% fat Carré frais cheese
  • 75g uncooked basmati rice
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Sesame seeds
  • Nigella seeds
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp sweet or salty soy sauce
  • Pepper
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Garlic powder
  • Chives

Instructions

  1. Cook Rice: Boil rice for 10-12 minutes.
  2. Prepare Salmon: Cut salmon into strips and roll each strip.
  3. Slice Avocado: Cut avocado into slices.
  4. Assemble Bowl: Mix cooked rice with Carré frais cheese. Place avocado in the center and salmon around it.
  5. Add Toppings: Sprinkle lemon juice, sesame seeds, nigella seeds, and chives.
  6. Prepare Sauce: Combine soy sauce, pepper, sesame oil, and garlic powder. Drizzle over the bowl.
