correct https://github.com/raksha-life/rescuekerala is the new repo. The project is getting organized under a new org for easy community interaction.

Some of the links in the README file also links to the repo at IEEEKeralaSection/rescuekerala but redirects to the new repo. Unsure about changing them as some external links are also under IEEE (codetriage, volunteer user manuals etc)
