Accordion unexpected border / box-shadow.

On click to open the accordion body - the accordion-body moves from the collapsed to show state -
There is no division between accordion-header and accordion-collapse elements.
But a click any where on the screen / tab press / alt press triggers the show of the border bottom type - element.

Image 2 (division appears on an event trigger like click / tab /alt press) --

Image 2 should be the default behaviour ideally with the bifurcation present at all times.

Also, Ideally the box-shadow with the offset should be present on the whole accordion to be consistent with cards etc designs - to provide the neobrutalistic look.
