Module not found: Error: Can't resolve 'babel' in 'E:\Source Code Personal\ReactJS\react-redux-blog-master'
BREAKING CHANGE: It's no longer allowed to omit the '-loader' suffix when using loaders.
You need to specify 'babel-loader' instead of 'babel',
