The docker snap plugin is a general docker plugin and does not add Kubernetes data to the metric name. It uses the docker container id instead.
As a temporary fix, I [snap-plugin-collector-docker](forked https://github.com/raintank/snap-plugin-collector-docker) and hacked it in there.
The long term solution is to write a new processor plugin that switches out the docker id and combines it with the label data.
