I'd like to be able to type "help" and get a brief command reference

@raimohanska how do you see it, would the command reference be similar to the API reference shown in the cheatsheet, or something more interactive ("help fd")? I'm trying to figure out a sweet spot...

Not sure really. Maybe the help command could just open the help just like help link. No point in duplication. In fact, the pop-up help is already a duplication of the readme. This should be fixed to ensure consistency.
