Rocket Silo Under "Military" Tab For Unknown Reason

The rocket silo is under the "Military" tab in Krastorio 2. In vanilla it was under "Logistics". Having the rocket silo under "Military" implies that its main use is for military purposes such as launching nukes into space to rain down on the biters. However, it seems to me that the silo's main use is to launch satellites, which get you space research data for science.
