Description

Bob's Warfare mod (version 1.2.0) changed data.raw.projectile["piercing-shotgun-pellet"].action.action_delivery.target_effects into an array.
This causes error when setting damage to that.

Reproduction

Start the game with Krastorio 2 (with More realistic weapons on) and Bob's Warfare mod (1.2.0)
