rhythmbox-vk

rhythmbox-3 plugin for vk.com

NOTES:

Working with rhythmbox-3.0

INSTALLATION:

  • cd ~/.local/share/rhythmbox/plugins
  • git clone https://github.com/radistmorse/rhythmbox-vk.git vk
  • In rhythmbox go to menu->modules
  • Switch the plugin on.
  • Press "configure" and login to your VK account. Allow the plugin to access the music.

USAGE:

  • Enter the search line and press "Search"
  • You can play the tracks right from the results tab, or you can move it to default playlist
  • Press "clear" to clear the results sometimes it crashes rhythmbox. you can select all by pressing ctrl-a and choose "delete" from the pop-up menu

TODO:

  • nothing new will be done here. GNOME drops RB in favour of gnome-music anyway.
