Version bump on pypi

Sorry if this is a user error.

I noticed that when attempting to run spectral_cube in a python3.12 setting that there are some errors thrown around distutils no longer being a module.

It seems this has already been addressed in #901 . I think would solve the errors I was finding in my own tests when attempting to move to python3.12

Are there any plans to bump the spectral-cube version that is currently being offered on pypi? Feel free to close this issue if there is a planned release, or you are also working to other constraints. Thanks for the effort!

thanks for bringing this up, @tjgalvin. We'll make a new release soon with support for python 3.12.
