Instantiate from data file

The current path of read file, read header, instantiate beam means that we always call like four or five lines of code just to do a simple noise estimate. Most of the time this will be the same four lines.

We should add a method to instantiate the noise cube from a data file name. Read, make the beam, possibly even estimate and write.
