Scroll to fixed script causes an auto scroll on resize #1

If you scroll down to where the sticky nav activates when you start to resize your browser the page starts to scroll down the page no matter if you are marking the page bigger or smaller.

Resolved this by using changes from this pull request bigspotteddog/ScrollToFixed#186

Daniel, please confirm this fixes the issue on your current live sites.

Here was my test between broken and fixed https://www.screencast.com/t/68chgJxyqP
