Add support for rax:impersonator-roles which is similar to rax:roles in implementation but checks values of the x-impersonator-roles header. This would allow people to still have an admin api, but stop using racker tokens and instead use an impersonator token.

Question: If I have both rax:roles and rax:impersonator roles set then if any role matches between the two I accept. Correct?
