Changes for the current implementations, so:

Dimension reduction must be outside of the N-FINDR
Depending on the size of the input data, run N-FINDR without dimension reduction
Add multiple random initializations
Add a parameter for the initialization strategy
(?) Add an option to keep barycentric coordinates
Update predict method
