Describe the bug
Mass can flow into the box, which can cause unphysical behavior, including preventing the collapse of the cloud.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Compile PopIII
  2. Run it with a 128^3 grid on Stampede3
  3. See cloud leave the box over ~30,000 timesteps

Additional context
This may be exacerbated by a directional bias present when FMA instructions are emitted by the compiler.
