Fix "see also" sections in documentation

As reported in quattor/quattor.github.com#128, the "see also" section generates dead links in our published documentation which looks bad and helps no-one.

We should do one of the following:

1. Fix the links.
2. Prevent the text from being "linkified"
3. Remove the "see also" section entirely.

I am for removing them. Most of them are dead ends or don't make sense.
