I moved from Rmarkdown to Quarto hoping the problem with the sample size would be solved... I use Quarto to generate html reports. So, I write the code, check the outputs and then render the file.
The plots generated are, most of the time, useless. They are cropped, or too zoomed in to see anything. I've tried several options I found in GitHub / Stack Overflow, fig.asp, out.with, etc.
But I'm desperate, always there is a plot without the correct dimensions. I spend a lot of time adjusting sizes, but what I need is to adjust automatically (😬, as it happens with the IDE window) the size of the plots. I attach some examples:
