Can you please send me the modified code for search.py for HGtector? Its regarding the memmory allocation issue in DIAMOND. Even I am using a system with 8GB memory allocation and getting the same error saying "DIAMOND FAILED WITH ERROR CODE 1" while running the search command. I searched in the GitHub and it seemed the author of the tool send a modified code for the search option restricting the memory usage in DIAMOND 6GB only.
It would be very much helpful if you kindly send the modified search code for HGtector ..
