Enviromental Samples come up as missing info

If a sample is logged as environmental there is no survey, and it is showing up as missing metadata in the scan barcode app.
Barcode 000014570 is an example.

The only environmental samples that I know of are from Mercola, Michael
Pollan and this new sample..

I think some people have submitted some fermented food samples, which would categorize under environmental. I'll see if I can hunt them down.

Oh. @teravest, to clarify, does it come up as missing metadata (pink error) or missing info (yellow error)?

Elaine said it is yellow, and that she emailed you about it. She said its
the same error as a sample not being logged, so that would be yellow
