Exhaustive list of Gluetun Environment Variables?

I've searched through the Wiki and elsewhere online and can't seem to find an exhaustive list of environment variables that can be set via Docker compose, the ENV Vars seem to be scattered around somewhat randomly and it appears that many possible Environment Variables are not listed in the Wiki. Am I missing something?

I would propose that a Wiki page be created that lists all the available Environment variables that can be used to configure Gluetun.

I believe they are all listed in the Dockerfile in the big ENV section in the middle https://github.com/qdm12/gluetun/blob/master/Dockerfile

Ah great thanks for this I did not catch that, I still believe having a wiki page that lists them all out like this would be really helpful/useful.
