When setting up an AggregatedNode with factors additional constraints are created. This ensures the flow in node pairs is proportional. Currently this constraint is an equality constraint. There are situations where defining inequality would be helpful. For example, having flow in one node at-least 10% of the total flow across two nodes (currently you can only make it exactly 10%).
