Change font

Oxygen seems to have iffy Czech characters as well as no real italics. Does @hroncok remember the replacement font we chose? Was it https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Titillium+Web?

I don't think we actually decided on the replacement font.

Oxygen is KDE upstream dead. The Google Fonts somehow have a bit better TTF files without sources. I presume they are from vernnobile/oxygenFont or maybe even vernnobile/commeFont yet Vernon Adams apparently unfortunately passed away.

We can try to chase where does the hotfixes like this come from. We might even try to edit the built font manually to fix the ť and ď issue (that should be doable) and send a PR to Google (or maintain the font files within the repo).

However, switching to a different font is probably a better solution.
