I'm currently working with greedy for non-linear registration and was wondering if there's an option to apply thresholding for the non-linear registration process. Specifically, I would like to be able to set a threshold, like 1e-6, which stops the algorithm if the improvement in CC has not changed more than 1e-6 in the last 10 iterations.
If this option is not available, are there any plans to implement it in the future?
Thanks for the great work!
