Carbon Bee (and thus Pyro and Endearing) unobtainable

Carbon bee (from MagicBees) currently cannot be obtained.
Original mean of obtaining it is mutation from Spiteful and Stannum bee. However Stannum seems to have been removed (because it generates directly tin nuggets).
Would it be possible to change to get Carbon from Spiteful + Tin? Note that Carbon generate directly Coal, not sure if this is a balance issue or not.
