Not the best favicon, I would say.

I'm not sure what can be done Vijay. Even Abhishek shared the same concerns. The background appears blackish instead of blue.

Can we just stick to the plain old Python icon for this?

If we want to go along with the theme, we can remove the inside content(symbols and drawings) and just got with the outlined log with the theme color.

@bhansa, that's a good idea. Would you like to take it up?

Sure @astronomersiva, I'll give it try. At the moment I don't have any psd file to create a svg image(so working on the original python logo). Let me know if it is possible to work with webchirpy team to create an outlined logo just for favicons and manifest icons(preferable size: 512x512 ).

As an update, I tried with outlined image and it didn't look good(it was little faded, maybe because of my designing skills ;) ) on chrome, so I tried with fill colors which gave me a better result.

Here are the images which I created and tested:

image outlined

image solid fill

I am sure these will look better when once we create them as svg's.

Let me know your thoughts.

@bhansa The filled looks good. But can we retain the original colors?

It will be really helpful if I can get the original design svg, Can someone provide me that?
