Occasionally we forget about the policy of leaving Helper candidate reviews up for 3 days before actioning them (whether that be by opening a ticket to onboard them or ending the review and removing them from the talent pool).

Bot could keep track of new reviews when they start and post a simple "This review is now 3 days old" message once 3 days has passed.
