Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

The static folder contains 31MB of assets that aren't really needed for development.
The files in there don't play so well with git, since they are mostly images (pngs, photoshop, illustrator) and PDF documents.

Describe the solution you'd like

Move the folder to its own repo in the pyrevitlabs organization

Describe alternatives you've considered

If we don't need versioning, we could also move it to a generic cloud storage.
