Does Hatchling support recursive optional dependencies?

Where I'm using my-pkg[tests,docs] inside an optional group, to tell it to install those other optional groups as well, instead of having to manually repeat the dependencies.

This has nothing to do with Hatchling, as long as you use a recent version of pip then this will work pypa/pip#11296
