[Feature Request] Auto backup or notification when the review system entering modification stage

Is your feature request related to a problem?

We need to manually back up the image when the review system entering the modification stage so that the review can view the difference between the first stage and the second stage.

Describe the solution you'd like

Follow up #795, when the admin changes the stage to modification stage. The system should backup the image automatically.

Describe alternatives you've considered

If auto backup will be time-consuming to develop, a reminder to admin will work as well
