[Feature Request] deploy the latest release of facebook_page_insights_client to keep collecting more data

It "seems"[1] https://github.com/pycontw/facebook_page_insights_client has updated and we have not deploy to our ETL.

[1] I am not very sure but in case I forget this task. Creating an issue as a memo tracker.

Besides collecting more data, I think the latest release of facebook_page_insights_client also includes this PR,
pycontw/facebook_page_insights_client#8 "Auto renew long-lived page token and store it locally"

To enable it, mount the source root folder via docker volume to have persistent saved data in the cloud environment.
