Suggestion: migrate to python-telegram-bot #37

Use telebot it's okay, and yes, it's easy to write in it.
But you must try python-telegram-bot instead of Telebot

Why?
- python telegram offers a better performance, its lightweight and the message usually is send faster than telebot.
- Support async functions
- Up-to-date with the lastest updates from telegram
- Easy to use
