Governance Contract Simulation with Tally

Aim: To review the tally governance procedure with Push Governance contracts and identify issues that needs to be addressed before production

To-Dos for this task:

• Deploy our implementation of Push Governance smart contracts on testnet (Sepolia). (Keep lower timelock durations for faster testing)
• Deploy Dummy Core/Comm on the same testnet - ( Change all onlyPushAdmin() functions to onlyGovernance() functions )
• Set up governance address in the Core/Comm contract to allow governance to execute functions of core
• Set up tally UI for our governance contracts. Details HERE
• Initiate Governance proposal from tally to be executed on Dummy Push Core/Comm on testnet.
