Optimize spaces state update via messages

• We need to handle concurrent/near concurrent meta/user activity messages for spaces via adding a queue in the sockets
• Need to update the spaces state updating logic to take the operation from the message and apply it on the local state instead of re-pasting the entire idempotent state from the message
