Channel flow fixes

Expected Behaviour

1. Remove Governance from sidebar
2. Adding Chain prompts unlock that reads 'Unlock your profile to read and send messages'. Should read 'Unlock your profile to proceed'. We can make this messaging generic for all cases so we don't confuse users in different places.
3. The container for channel dash isn't very responsive.
