🐛 [BUG] - Error while trying to add wallet address to Snaps

Expected Behaviour

After Snap gets installed, check if the wallet address is connected to snaps or not. If the address is not connected then show connect with metamask button.

Current Behaviour

When Clicking on Connect with metamask, it shows a metamask pop up saying wallet address already connected.

Reproduction steps

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error
