Issue details

This template repository should include instruction on adding README badges for supported package managers.
For example, if the provider uses tfbridge to support C#, Go, Python, etc, then we can expect one badge for each of those languages. We should provide guidance on how to generate those badges (or do it automatically).

Moving forward we should expect new providers to always include those badges (this is blocked until we determine how to generate badges)

Affected area/feature

The GitHub READMEs and Registry docs generated from the READMEs (I think that's how it works?)
