no way to do the above with a top-level async program such as

using System.Collections.Generic;
using Pulumi;

return await Deployment.RunAsync(() =>
{
   // no way to register stack transformations with this type
   
   // Export outputs here
   return new Dictionary<string, object?>
   {
      ["outputKey"] = "outputValue"
   };
});
