Class or package 'dm' not found when building the simulation platform

When I build the simulation platform, make build , it reports "class or package 'dm' not found" , I don't kown where is the problem. I using intel Modelsim, I don't kown whether the problem it is.

to build the simulation platform you can use:

• source setup/vsim.sh
• cd sim
• make clean lib build opt
