As a user viewing digital content embedded from Figgy, I would like to know whether I can re-use the content or if I have to ask for permission.
Acceptance criteria
I can successfully use this feature with Voice Over in Safari.
I have checked this feature using one of the following browser extensions and confirmed that it does not add any level A or level AA issues:
axe dev tools
Lighthouse
Wave
The rights statement title is displayed
There is a link to the rights statement URL for more info
Concrete example
Currently, when the viewer is displayed, the only way to know the rights status of the content is to open the metadata panel and scroll to the bottom where the RightsStatements.org or CreativeCommons URLs are displayed. The user would need to either interpret the URLs or click on them and read the resulting page to know what the status is.
This is related to digital content indexing: having an efficient way for the indexer to know what objects have digital content and retrieve metadata about them (including the rights statements) is a prerequisite for this ticket.
