User received a login invitation and then an error

Guess is that the user had never logged into DPUL, but was added as a "user" in a collection.

Tried this on a collection with my personal email and received this email:

With the same link that the Honeybadger error user received:

@eliotjordan , happy to but I dont have access to honeybadger. I know I added a bunch of new users to the Derrida site and Hilary was going to check with the academic department hosting all of them to ensure they have been given sponsored accounts. I wonder if its one of them.
